Description Magic Tuner Flash Tool + Unlocker
With this tool you can flash the blocks through the diagnostic connector. No need for Kess or Ktag. Allows flashing of blocks from calibration using a .bin file. Good for deletes and other ECM modifications that you cannot do in OEM applications.
